FAQ

Common Questions

Everything enterprise HR leaders typically ask before working with Vizezz — answered honestly.

Getting Started

Vizezz serves companies with 100 or more employees in the UAE. There's no upper limit — we serve organisations up to 10,000+ staff. If you're below 100 employees but have a significant or growing visa volume, reach out and we'll let you know if there's a good fit.

Yes — and many of our clients came to us with an existing setup. Vizezz can either fully replace your current provider or work alongside them, with Vizezz handling the platform visibility and coordination layer while your PRO handles on-ground submissions.

A common entry point is for clients to use Vizezz's platform first (for tracking and alerts), then migrate managed operations across within 3–6 months once they've seen how it works.

Our standard engagement is a 12-month contract. This allows enough time to set up properly, complete a full visa cycle, and deliver the MIS and governance reporting value. For platform-only engagements, annual SaaS subscriptions apply. We don't offer month-to-month arrangements for managed services — the setup cost makes it impractical for both sides.

Typically 5–7 working days from contract signing to first live cases in the system. We set up your account, share document checklists, and assign your dedicated account manager. The first visa cases can be initiated in week one. Full MIS and reporting visibility is usually live within 2–3 weeks as historical data is migrated.

Data Security & Privacy

All documents are stored in the Infinigent DVMS platform with role-based access control, encryption at rest and in transit, and full audit trails. Only personnel assigned to your account can access your employee data. No documents are shared with third parties without explicit consent.

We are compliant with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and follow the same data handling standards required for government-authority submissions.

No. Each client's data is fully isolated within the platform. The only third parties who receive data are UAE government authorities (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, DHA) as required for visa processing — and only the minimum data required for each submission. We do not sell, share, or use client data for any other purpose.

We provide a full data export in agreed formats (CSV, Excel) within 14 days of contract termination. After your confirmation of receipt, data is purged from the platform within 30 days. You retain full ownership of all your data at all times.

Technology & Integration

No. Vizezz is designed to sit alongside your existing HR systems, not replace them. The platform integrates via API with most major HRIS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Bayzat, and others). For managed service clients, integration is optional — many clients simply upload a monthly employee data file.

Infinigent is the technology company behind the Vizezz platform. Their DVMS (Document & Visa Management System) is a UAE-market enterprise HCM platform with over 10 years of operational history in UAE government and private-sector workflows.

This matters because Vizezz is not built on generic software adapted for visa management — it's purpose-built on a platform that has processed millions of visa cases in the UAE. The government authority integrations, document workflows, and compliance rules are native, not patched on.

Both. Under the Managed Service model, Vizezz operates the platform on your behalf — your HR team gets a read-only dashboard with full visibility. Under the Platform Sale or Hybrid models, your team gets full access with role-based permissions. You choose how much control you want to retain.

Services & Scope

Yes. We process dependent / family visas for employees as part of our service offering. This includes spouse visas, child visas, and parent visas under a UAE employment visa. These are managed through the same workflow and tracked on the same dashboard as employment cases.

We cover the full UAE visa lifecycle: Employment Visas (new, renewal, cancellation, amendment), Emirates ID (registration and renewal), Medical Fitness coordination, Dependent/Family Visas, Establishment Card, Labour Quota management, and Establishment/Trade License related filings. If you have a specific requirement not listed, contact us — we have handled most edge cases.

Standard SLAs for typical cases: Employment Visa 10–14 working days, Visa Renewal 5–7 working days, Emirates ID 3–5 working days, Medical Fitness coordination 2–3 working days. All SLAs are subject to government authority timelines — where authority delays occur, we proactively notify and escalate. SLAs are documented in your service agreement.

Rejections are uncommon when documents are complete and correctly prepared — which is the primary value of Vizezz's validation layer. If a rejection does occur, we immediately identify the reason, advise on corrective action, and resubmit without additional service charges in most cases. Complex rejections involving legal compliance issues are handled in coordination with our approved legal panel.
